I am a Perth Family Photographer documenting every stage of life for growing families – from maternity to newborn, just the kiddos or the whole gang!
Hey, my name is Rhiannan.
I would describe myself as a creative person and a bit of a dreamer. I love to do things that light me up. I wear my heart on my sleeve, and I am here to have big experiences in this lifetime.
For me, this includes travel and spending quality time with the people I love.
Things you might not know about me are, I am a big believer in Brinner (breakfast for dinner), my favourite place I have ever traveled to was Greece… The Food, The Islands, everything was mind-blowing. If you can’t already tell I am a wee bit obsessed with the colour rust and mustard. Music takes me to another place and always brings me home. I am terrified of sharks and if I am honest the big creatures of the ocean. And lastly, I am newly single but still very much a believer in love.
The other thing I really want to share with you is my love for Photography. It has been something I have always loved since high school. I used to snap photos of everything and anything. This could have stemmed from my mum who was always capturing photos of me as a child. She would document everything and has albums FULL of photos from when we were young. My family was really big on recording even the smallest of things and it has been amazing to look back on these in my adult years. There is something so special about the story that gets retold of my parents and the way they once were.
My love for photography reached another level when I was traveling throughout Southeast Asia. To be able to connect with the people and the culture in such a personal way made me realise that this where my heart is. With a little (big) push from my friends before I knew it the dream of being a photographer is now a thriving business.
If there is one thing I could share with you about what this work means to me it is this…
These aren’t just photos to me.
They are so much more. They are moments captured in time, moments that one day your children will be looking back on remembering the story that they once lived with you and it will bring something into their hearts, just like it did for me.
